We went to Rainbeau Jo’s after seeing all other reviews and expectations were met. Customer Service is exceptional, superb vibe, and engaging with care. Even though it was crowded there. Bagels, Smoothies, and Coffee are all pretty flavorful and delicious!! My wife and i loved it and would be going back there. Do not miss Rainbeau Jo if you are in Kauai. Highly Recommended!!

Locals love certain places for their own special reasons, and this spot is no exception. Just like the name suggests, it gives off a feeling as warm and uplifting as a rainbow after rain. You pick a locally made organic bagel or croissant, then choose your fillings—and everything looks so good that it can be hard to decide on your first visit. But don’t worry, everything is delicious, and the friendly owner is more than happy to help you choose. To be honest, locals might not love me sharing this, since it’s already a popular and busy spot. But it’s such a gem of Kauai, I couldn’t keep it to myself. Also, you can order ahead online and just swing by for pickup—so easy!

Every time we walked into Rainbeau Jo’s, we were met with a warm welcome and the kindest smile. Beau made each visit special with genuine conversation and such heartfelt care. It’s rare to meet someone who treats every customer like family. Truly, Beau is the nicest human we have ever met, hands down. My mom and I were honestly holding back tears when we said our goodbyes. A random visit to this coffee shop changed my life. I came in because I saw online that they had vegan options. I informed the cashier of my allergy and he explained the various vegan options and helped me decide which to choose. He was also extremely kind and asked me what I was doing in Kaua’i. I told him I planned to hike, he wrote down multiple hiking trails that he recommended. I ended up going on one, and it was hands down the best hike I’ve ever been on. In addition, my food and beverage came out in under 5 min. The smoothie and bagel was clearly fresh and organic, and the tea was clearly actually brewed rather than a mix. I will definitely come back next time on the island!

The warmest and friendliest power couple to ever run a cafe. As someone who helps my own partner manager Cafe, the ambiance and friendly lively environment these two have developed is second to none. Coffee was amazing, conversation was vibrant and friendly you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and for years to come as you'll definitely become a regular here. If you're visiting, definitely swing by this place on your way to fuel up for your adventures for the day. Amazing coffee and bagels and everything between.

Beau and Jo are beautiful humans, I absolutely adore this cafe. Beau took our order and set the vibe, he was so welcoming, informative, and kind. Jo made my matcha (a secret menu item if they have it) and it was so good, best matcha I had on the island. We drove by on Sunday and wanted to stop, but they were closed. By a stroke of luck, or flight was cancelled and rescheduled on Tuesday, so we stopped by for breakfast, and I am so glad. Lots of locals came by with their reusable cups and everyone was greeted like an old friend. I wish I lived here, so I could come everyday, but I'll just have to make it my first stop the next time I'm on the island. Oh and get the lox cc, it was fire.
